Secure Payment

 

Please find your Patient ID number on your statement and enter in the box below;

• Click on the  Submit Payment button below to open the secure payment portal.
  
  

The Secure payment window will open;

• Select your method of payment to begin.
  
  
• Your Account Number can be found on the top right corner of your Account Statement.
  
  
• You may need to turn off your pop-up blocker  to open your receipt from this browser.
  • If you experience difficulty in making the payment, try checking that you have the latest version of your browser, or open a different browser.
    
    
• Please include your e-mail address to receive your receipt via e-mail.
