Donna L. Catalfo
OTR/L, CLT

Donna has been a practicing , Board Certified Occupational Therapist since 1984, and has served as the Director of Rehab Services in hospitals north of Boston with over 21 years of clinical management experience. 

Her clinical experience encompasses over 30 years of upper extremity and hand therapy including traumatic and cumulative injuries, work station and ergonomic evaluations and training.  

Donna is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and leads the practice in this rapidly growing field. She has a particular interest in women's health and the treatment of Lymphedema secondary to cancer treatment or traumatic injury.

With the opening of the first Atlantic Rehab and Lymphedema Center in Kittery, Maine, Donna is building an experienced team of therapists to provide a full array of rehab and lymphedema treatment programs tailored to each patient’s particular needs.

Wm. Justin Gilbert

BS, PT

We are happy to announce that Justin Gilbert has joined our practice!

Justin brings over 21 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

He is a native of Eliot, Maine and graduated from Marshwood High School and the University of New England.

He has specialized in orthopedic conditions, sport-specific training, post-surgical rehab, vestibular training, balance deficits, work injuries, body-mechanic education, postural training and TMJ pain.

He utilizes manual therapy, instrument assisted tissue work such as cupping and Graston, and kinesiotaping, combined with specialized exercise program training to achieve patient goals.

Justin is passionate about providing excellent care and giving back to the Southern Maine community. This is a long-standing family tradition where both of Justin’s parents have worked for many years practicing medicine in Kittery, and where he grew up and resides with his family in Eliot.

Sarah A. Monks

BS, MSPT

Sarah brings over 17 years of experience as a physical therapist.  She has specialized in treating spinal injuries, vertigo, fibromyalgia, torticollis, and post-surgical diagnosis including but not limited to spine, total joint replacements, shoulders, hands, knees and hips.

She has also specialized in incontinence, migraines and chronic pain.

Her ability to evaluate and cast for orthotics has also assisted many triathletes and marathoners in the past.
