Dr. Nicholas “Nick” Gingras brings more than 18 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting to the Atlantic Rehab & Lymphedema Center.

He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2001 and pursued further training with the National Strength and Conditioning Association where he was certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2002.

Nick worked for the next few years in the US Virgin Islands where he split his time between an outpatient rehabilitation setting as an independent practitioner specializing in strength and conditioning for residents as well as a competitive swim team.

Building on his field experience, Nick returned to New England in 2005 to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Nick has specialized in Sports Medicine including rehabilitation and sport-specific strength and conditioning, post-surgical rehabilitation including joint replacement as well as management and recovery of conditions of the foot and ankle.

He has lived and worked in Kittery, Maine for the past 11 years with his wife and daughter. As an outdoor enthusiast, you may also find Nick skiing in the mountains, hiking, or otherwise enjoying the natural beauty that the seacoast area offers.
